Each work represented on the site is accompanied by a price and main characteristics - author, size, with or without a frame, technique and material. Gallery Maestro Ltd. has the right at any time and without notice to make changes in the published works, services and prices. It is possible that some of the information published on the site refers to works that are not available and are not currently available. Gallery Maestro Ltd. is not responsible for technical errors in the presentation of works.
VI. COLORS
Due to differences in the monitors and their settings, the actual colors and textures on the surfaces of the works may differ slightly from those in the photos.
VII. ORDER
The users conclude a contract for purchase and sale of the works offered by Gallery Mastro Ltd.
In the absence of availability of a product Gallery Mastro Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order.
After selecting one or more works offered on the website of Gallery Mastro Ltd., the User must add them to his list of goods for purchase.
It is necessary for the User to provide data for the delivery and to choose a method of payment of the price, after which to confirm his order.
When placing an order, the User receives a confirmation by e-mail that his order has been accepted, as well as a phone call from our confirmation assistant.
The paintings are available with or without a frame, as shown on the site.
The price of the painting does not include the frame, it is a compliment from Gallery Maestro Ltd.
If the User wishes to receive a picture without a frame, he must state this in writing.

VIII. PRICES
All prices listed on the site are in BGN.
The prices of the works of art include VAT, in the cases where its accrual is envisaged.
Gallery Maestro Ltd. has the right to change prices at its discretion and at any time without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of placing the order. In case of technical errors in the publication of the prices of the works on the site, Gallery Maestro Ltd. has the right to refuse the execution of the order and does not owe compensation in any way to the User.
In case of reduction of the prices, the reduced prices are announced, as the new price is placed next to the old one, which is crossed out.
IX. PAYMENT
The user pays for the ordered works to the courier with cash on delivery at the time of their delivery.
It is the right of the User to open the shipment in the presence of the courier and to be convinced of its good condition before paying the amount due on the bill of lading.
If the User notices violations in the integrity of the transport packaging, they must be described in a report by the representative of the courier company.
The buyer is obliged upon receipt of the work by a courier or employee of the company, to immediately confirm that it corresponds to what he ordered.
If as a result of the transportation there are damages to the product and they are not registered in writing, Gallery Maestro Ltd. will not be able to recognize the claim.
X. REFUSAL OF PURCHASED PRODUCT
The user has the right to refuse one or more of the ordered products within 14 days of receipt of the order in case the product is in the form in which it is delivered, in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of trade type of product, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act , except in the cases of Art. 57 item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, namely for delivery of goods made to order of the consumer or according to his individual requirements.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the user must notify Gallery Maestro Ltd. indicating name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as his decision to withdraw from the contract with an unambiguous application, which should be sent to e-mail: gallerymaestro@gmail.com
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer.
Gallery Maestro Ltd. refunds only to a bank account specified by the user within 14 days of receiving back the product.
Gallery Maestro Ltd. has the right to postpone the refund until the product is returned.
The user should send to Gallery Maestro Ltd. the work no later than 14 days from the day on which he received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging in its entirety, complete and without damage.
XI. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
The site www.gallerymaestro.com contains special links (links, hyperlinks) to other websites maintained by third parties. The site is not responsible for the legality, completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the content of information resources of third parties to which electronic links from this site point, nor for the legality of the activities of these third parties.
